Error?

I bought forza yesterday and got into game, finished turtorial and did 2 or 3 races in rally section. i wnated to look into action house and boog tgor error that said something like "canot accses user generated content cange settngs i prvacy settings". So did so, relaunched game just im case and boom... still have it... anoyne got any idea how to fix?
