Help! getting a bug on Xbox series X

Every time I load into the game and go to free roam, the screen goes black and all I can hear is an advert for the Lego DLC. After this the screen stays black and nothing happens.

Tried the following on

  1. Quitting game and restarting
  2. Power cycling console
  3. Cleared the reserves for the game and still happening
