Old Opium and Old Obsession

Oh my god these were so good. The synthetic notes in the new ones just kill me. I still have old Opium and to my nose, there is nothing that exotic or divine -- not that I would want to smell like that all the time. The new Opium smells like the old Opium only from far away and/or on the dry down. (I am comparing old EDT to new EDP)

I no longer have old Obsession, but many of the notes I once adored are gone in the new one.
