Safe University Dilemma

Hey guys, accepted an admit from UTD MS CS ( Safe University) on 12th Feb but waiting to hear from other universities. Please help me whether I should raise a request for i-20 from UTD or wait till I get decisions from all other universities and then decide one. Can we acquire multiple i-20s and if it will harm the F1 Visa Process?

P.S. : Also, if anyone knows about whether there is a deadline from UTD to proceed with the admission requirements, that would be helpful as well.
