How is University of Utah MSCS program ?

Hi all, I recently got admit from University of Utah MSCS program. I want to know how good is the program? Also, I heard that almost everyone gets TA/ RA there, and the tuition fees are fully waived. (Any one knows if this is true?)

I also have an admit from Stony brook University MSCS. If the tuition waiver at U of Utah is true, then I might seriously consider Utah over SBU.
