How to start a business

I have a unique business idea for an anti theft travel crossbody bag. Overwhelmed on where do start. Haven’t found my design with a manufacturer so should I just get a designer? How do I go about finding one? I’d rather do dropshipping but that model may not work for my idea since the product isn’t already created. Any advice is appreciated
