I may have accidentally got my account falsely flagged by Reddit spam filters. How do I get out ASAP?

I am a normal user on reddit. I do not use any bots on this account and never had once in my life, but I tend to be very active sometimes. Today, I attempted to make a post on the r/sipstea subreddit, but i noticed something very worrisome happen, and it's that my post got shadow-deleted. (How do I know this? I check the same post on incognito + the post on my profile + sorting by new on the subreddit) What does this mean for my Reddit account? Am I permanently stuck in the filter, and essentially b_nned from posting in some subreddits forever?
