With recent updates, do you think we won't see RAZBAM and ED work things out anytime soon?

With the hints we've gotten from Tokyo Game Show, I think RAZBAM has given up any intentions with working anything out with ED, or vice versa. I just want to hear what everyone thinks, are they ditching DCS for a new game, working with a new existing game, or are people hopeful still for a quick resolution?
