Is it advisable to invest in CSK villas in Shadnagar..It's 45-50 lakhs villas with a gated community with total area of 267 sq..yards with built up area of 150 sq yards and the rest is open area..it's 5 year old.. Construction is not bad.. Paese need your suggestions friends..
