Quality of sex after loss of cervix post hysterectomy?

Healthy 36 yo who is done having kids. My tubes are cauterized and I had a uterine ablation in 2016 that finally gave me relief from monsterously heavy and painful periods (with no clear cause). My lining is back, periods resuming (normal 5 day long periods with cramps and heaviness worsening monthly). Was exploring a second ablation.

Now i have an abnormal pap with HPV, doc said "pre cancerous" moderate risk cells that may become cancer in 10-15 years.

He said to lose the cervix, uterus.

"Sure" I thought, "if the sex is still good after..."

I currently DO NOT have any pain or discomfort during sex.

Doc said sex will be the same. I don't see how that's possible.

My man has a beautifully think and long schlong. I don't have orgasms vaginally but do love when it's stimulated. I also love a firm pile drive (sorry if this is getting too graphic).

My worry is if the vaginal cuffing and loss of cervix will make sex awful. I can do maybe 15% less amazing and feel that missing the cancer scare was worth it but...it seems other reviews out there that show women either have no issues, or are seriously grieving a good sex life and regretting their hysterectomy. Not seeing much in the middle, and too few positive stories for my comfort.

I am seeking experiences please. For those of you who did love sex before, with no pain, preferably who could feel their cervix in a positive way: was sex post hysterectomy okay? Thanks for your help and honesty!

EDIT: context... I had a positive CIN-2 cervical biopsy, moderate. Everything I'm seeing online says it's a 50-60% chance of disappearing on its own in 2 years if I do nothing.

My thoughts are, cone biopsy (and have another ablation for the periods, buy myself more happiness for 7-10 years) and just keep checking things for awhile and see how it all goes. If I do eventually need a hysterectomy, wondering if just waiting until I'm entering menopause makes more sense if I can delay it, especially since I'm seeing a ton of data showing early ovary shutdown is pretty common post hysterectomy...

Still seeking opinions, thank you, please keep sharing!
