Nambiar D25 Reviews?

I know we have discussed this project in the forum before but I feel Sarjapur Infrastructure will get better in the next 5-8yrs.

Worst case, the advantage of having the Metro within 1 km will mean that any office located in ORR is reachable in 40 mins (8 metro stations) and one Metro change (Ibblur Junction).

Price is around ~12000sqft but I see this appreciating in the next couple of years given upcoming metro and STRR will make techies move away to larger & bigger apartments with public transport connectivity. Given completion will be around 2029, maybe 2-3 years on painful traffic but will definitely get better there.

Thinking of going with this. 4BHK layouts look quite good?

what are your thoughts?
