Any INFPs in leadership positions?

Are there any INFP-Ts in leadership positions? I always find that because of how much we desire harmony and how adverse we are to conflicts, it’s tough to handle people because people usually act in their own self-interests, which can be frustrating if it’s at the expense of others in the team.

The empathy we feel for others might be perceived as weakness, and others may exploit it. Insincere people also turns us off. How INFP-Ts learn to be more assertive, and use our people skills to be healthy leaders?
