Repackaging

Is my store the only store that gives their employees shit when someone else has to repackage an order? At my store, they HAVE to know which employee took the order that needs repackaging to tell them off, as if an order that was initially asked for ‘for here’ can’t suddenly be switched to ‘to go’ I understand it slows down the flow, but it’s incredibly frustrating being blamed for a customer simply changing their mind. We are not in control of that. Then they make us feel incompetent like we don’t ask our essential questions… I guess it sucks it’s not handled in a constructive way.
