Only receiving Messages notifications on Watch and MacBook but not on phone.

About 1 week ago I had to sign out of my main Apple ID on my phone and switch to another ID for about 1 hr. In that time my watch also somehow connected to the ID. Once I switched back to my main one so did my watch. However, since then I’ve noticed I’m only receiving Messages notifications on my watch and MacBook not on my phone. I still see the Texts once I open Messages but until then if I’m not near my watch or laptop Idek. From what I see my settings for the messages app looks totally normal so does anyone know any fix for this?
