Not receiving texts from Androids…

Anyone else having this problem? It seemed to start a few updates ago. It is intermittent. Like today I sent a text to Android users and they responded. Never got the texts. But later in the day I sent a text to a different Android user and they responded just fine.

When I first discovered the problem research told me to disable RCS messaging. That seemed to resolve the issue. But now it’s happening again and RCS is still disabled.

I have restarted, updated, toggled Airplane mode on and off. Idk what else to do or how to even know when it is happening. Advice?
