Do you recognize this?

Ok this is a LONGSHOT but I’m trying anyway.

My mom gave me this pair of earrings for my high school graduation in 2012. When I went to college I lost one and my mom can’t remember where she got them. I would LOVE to find the brand/maker so I could finally wear them again.

Any ideas?

This one is badly tarnished but it is silver, pearl, blue topaz and clear quartz.
