I manifested my dream body!

I didn't have the body shape I wanted and after years of following diet information, I gave up. It either wouldn't work and I'd be miserable after forcing myself to eat boring foods, or I would lose weight but in the wrong places. Then the last straw happened -  finally I lost the body weight but I looked years older in my face due to weight loss, which for me was worse than having a more ideal body shape - no one had warned me about this and I felt the diet people out there didn't actually know as much as they convinced everyone!  So it was time to throw it all out and try another approach, one that was such a success in other areas. I wanted to look attractive and I knew I could trust the Universe to know best how to get it all together and make it happen.

I'd got friends who didn't think about their diet with amazing bodies, and vice versa. I mean look around you the evidence is out there and there's clearly something off with it all. And there's so many conflicting diet advice anyway it's like which one do I follow? The key is, your inner wisdom from the Universe which always knows what is the best for you.

So instead, I used what had worked for everything else - I confidence evoked (an amazing practice I've talked about before which gets you into the feeling of what you want). I also meditated, and then I did what my impulses told me to. I called this doing my happy diet where my priority was to feel good before I did anything else.

I knew when I got happy I would get clear signals of what food to get. I found in the supermarket I'd have random ideas that felt good to buy this or that food, some of which was what those diet experts told me to avoid! I realised that I had been going against my own inner wisdom by following those diet people - I'd been brainwashed and so have most people!

My main thing was to use the practices to feel attractive right now, without needing anything to change. And then from this place I was guided to food that matched that - I actually thought a lot less about food. No more checking calories or ingredients or feeling stressed which was already a huge weight off me.

The results I started seeing not in months but in weeks - I was told I looked younger, my face glowed and didn't look so tired. I even got asked about which gym I went to (yes I did go but I'd been going for years and had never been asked before). Best of all I noticed it myself. And then I got to the body that I called my ideal after a few months but I wasn't so obsessed with it, it just happened. And it's so simple to maintain when I remember to pause and raise my vibe. 

What I love about LOA is it works on every subject and for everyone and it's so simple, it's just that sometimes we get distracted and forget to use it.
