Seeking Legal Advice for Two Auto Incidents Without Evidence or Witnesses

I’m looking for guidance regarding two recent auto incidents that occurred within a short time frame, both affecting the same area of my car:     1.    Incident 1 (Monday): A driver reversed into my car at the Amazon warehouse. I have the driver’s information but no photo or video evidence of the incident.     2.    Incident 2 (Wednesday): My car was damaged again in a separate incident involving the same area of prior damage. Unfortunately, I also don’t have any footage, photos, or witnesses for this event.

My Questions:     •    How do I file claims for these two incidents, especially without direct evidence for either?     •    What happens when damage overlaps between two separate incidents, and how will insurance handle this?     •    Are there steps I can take to strengthen my position in the absence of evidence or witnesses?
