How popular is Man-Thing?

He has his own solo movie, and is a support character in werewolf by night that came out in 22. But hasn’t gotten any good comics since ‘22, did they just lose complete interest in him? I mean he’s the GUARDIAN OF THE NEXUS (he would appear in a multiverse movie since he’s the guardian of that gate). Also Beastly Buddies is NOT acceptable.
