Not Loading Into Matches

Hiya! I've searched around the FAQ and other documentation for Marvel Rivals, but I haven't seen anything on how to fix this issue. Either my friend or myself time out on joining a match roughly 50% of the time. We've verified files and have changed match servers a few times to no avail. It's pretty obnoxious when we get the penalty for leaving a match (when one of us times out) mid-game just because we want to play matches together.
