Availability in Portugal/Italy

(Is this off topic…?)

I’m in the UK - and taking Mounjaro - but I might be moving either to Portugal or Italy next year. Does anyone know how I would get hold of Mounjaro if I were living in either of those countries? Is it a similar arrangement or would I need to go via a doctor? Are cost and availability similar to the UK?

Dr Google hasn’t given me much solid info on this so I’m struggling.
