Side effects minimal (occasionally cold hands/feet)

Just bought some Levi 501s (are they grandad jeans these days? I was massively influenced by the Nick Kamen ads on telly when I was about 16) with a 34" waist - and they fit ok. Haven't had such a small waist on my 501s for about 30 years. My favourite leather belt is now on its 6th notch. It was on its 1st notch when I started out (about an inch per notch).

I'm a happy boy.
