0.6kg weight loss per week average - feels like so little!

I’ve been using MJ for 19 weeks and I’ve lost 13.1kg during this time. I can see the results and am starting to get compliments which feels great but when I look at the analysis that’s an average loss of 0.6kg a week (1.5lb) which is really not a lot in my eyes. At this rate it’s going to take me another 28 weeks to get to my goal weight.

It just feels like such a small amount vs the cost and investment of being on MJ. I’m just wondering if anyone feels a similar way. I feel like I have lost more weight being on atkins a few years ago vs on MJ.
