How/where do you guys get inspiration for food that’s healthy and affordable?
Full disclosure here, I’m a broke college student and I dabble in some bodybuilding lol. I just don’t understand how to make nutritious enough meals that also contain lots of protein and good fats for a decent price that I can afford. Any little tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. I feel like my nutrition is the key part I’m missing from really dialing in my physique.
