Support for a 31-34 week delivery (di/di twins)

Today I’m 31w2d with di/di twins and have been admitted in my hospital’s antepartum unit since 28w. After a 28w growth scan at my MFM’s office that showed intermittent absent flow and IUGR for twin B, I immediately went to L&D for 24 hours of monitoring. I received steroids 2x and was told to prepare to be here until delivery. We were prepared for things to go downhill quickly, but thankfully, we’ve made it now to 31+ weeks (yayyyyy) and are booked for a C section at 34w0d. I’m still getting dopplers 2x a week, NSTs 3x a day, and growth every other week. I’ll get a growth scan next at 32w2d and if there’s been no growth, we’ll plan to move up the C. Things have stayed pretty boring here except baby B’s flow has progressed to consistently absent (no longer intermittent) and both babies are IUGR (7% and 3%). At 30w, they were 2.13 and 2.11.

Just looking for others that may share a similar story - delivering between 31-34 weeks with twins? Are these sizes really as little as they sound to me? The NICU seems really pleased they are both estimates to be 1200+ grams. I’ve had some consults with NICU and neonatology but maybe if you have some more practical advice to share about what the first few days in NICU look like while recovering from a C section, I’d love to hear it.
