Instant and standard transfer have the same exact fee for me.

I thought standard was the usual "free, but you'll have to wait." Sorta thing. But what's the point is using it when paypal is gonna charge me the same fee as instant? Is it a fault of the system or does it depend on country?

I live in KSA, I'm not sure if it's different is the US or EU.
