Please Help

Hello, my pc keeps freezing 2-3 minutes after start up and then I cannot do anything. Ive been having this problem since last night. It forces me to just shut down the pc by holding the power button. Also sometimes instead of freezing I get this screen. Help would be very much appreciated. Im not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.
