Low internet speeds with Ethernet windows 11

Title says it all. My rig is connected from My router to my pc with a Ethernet cable. I should get around 500mb/s download speeds. However when I do a speedtest I can’t even reach 100 mb/s. I did test the CAT6 cable and all connections are good. Secondly I tried using a usb wifi connections, and I got the same results, while doing a speedtest on my phone atleast gives me 300 mb/s. This rules out the router and cable. So the culprit must be a setting or settings in windows 11. I don’t know where to start though.

Do you guys have suggestions or ideas? Downloading games at only 10 mb/s on steam (yes even worse) is horrible 🤦🏼
