Income just got slashed and need budgeting help!

My husband and I got married in October and after struggling with money shortages for the last few months, we finally figured out the problem: he's no longer getting alimony from his ex. (Didn't know that was going to happen and yes, we were stupid for not checking.) Between that and the hit to my paycheck after putting him on my insurance, our monthly take-home income just plummeted by $2700 a month.

We are really pretty good with our money -- we live simply, great credit, little debt, no bad spending habits, decent savings -- but we are having trouble right now just covering the basic monthly expenses, and there is a strong possibility of upcoming medical bills. We need help. We're looking into budgeting tools, but what we really need is help analyzing our bills and spending and figuring out where we can cut costs. Spreadsheets and spending breakdowns don't tell us much about that part. Are there any good free or inexpensive services where we can sit down with an actual person to help us figure this out and work out a plan?

Edited to add: Yes, I know we need more income. No, I am not able to share more detailed info about our current finances here. I don't know my husband's exact actual income, and even if I did, he would not want me to be having a Reddit discussion about it. Both of us would much prefer to talk with someone in person, not so much for privacy or anything but simply to have someone walk/talk us through it. It would make the whole process much less frustrating and stressful on us both.
