Hard questions

Went to a interview and the manager asked me questions way outside of my knowledge, so basically I know general muscles like pecs, biceps etc. he asked me what muscles does deadlift works , I was like it’s a compound lift so hamstrings, lower back, and biceps. He said no, I tried multiple times but got it all wrong and the he said the erector spinae, now no one taught me deadlifts work the erector spinae in ISSA. Asked me a second question and said what part of the scapula works when pinched at a bench press. I just know muscles, I don’t know ligaments. Of course never moved on but as a first interview this was hard, so my real question is what kind of book what teach me what part of muscle works when deadlifts or bench or any movement so I nail the interview like a pro, like the book that tells me the exact same muscle as I got questioned here. I look it up on google as a beginner and said what part of the body works in a deadlift, I didn’t get the erector spinae. In sum, what kind of books that teach me what muscle works in a specific movement.
