Sudden dip in image or work quality.

Have you guys ever experienced or realised that the quality of your work or images have suddenly dipped? Like for some reason, the pictures you produce just doesn't match up to previous ones. Be it in terms of compositions or edits, the pictures just don't seem right.

I'm currently having this issue and I can't put my finger on what I'm doing different or wrong. It's not just the case of dissatisfaction with my work, but the realisation that something is different.

It's really bugging me and affecting my confidence. How can I handle this? Hoping to hear your experiences.
