Tequila tasting or any other special experiences in Playa Del Carmen?

Hi All, my partner and I are travelling to PDC in June (I know it's months away but planning the trip is the only thing beating these January blues) Whilst there it's my partner's birthday, and I'd like to book a special experience for us. I was thinking a private tequila tasting or something along these lines, but having trouble finding a lot of info on it. Has anyone booked/attended anything like this and can give me some recommendations? If not, any recommendation for a nice treat would be great too. TIA :)
