Can you play anything at the moment?

Even the game that i was playing before offline are not going right now, ir says that i cant verify the lycense but when i try to ripristinate licenses It Says that i can beacuse of maintence.

Are you being able go play anything? If yes can you help me? Im not Good with this stuff
