My psr controller keeps on disconnecting from my ps4 everytime I try to play the new zombies on call of duty

Everytime I get into a game of zombies my controller turns itself off then when I try to power it back on it just flashes white. I have to turn my ps4 off and then on again for my controller to work, I dont know why it is doing this.
