Itchy skin down there

I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and have had severely dry / itching down there. Only on my labia and the creases of my thighs and it’s driving my insane ! I thought at first I was having a yeast infection but it’s not that, I’ve taken baking soda baths to try to relieve the itching and I’ve also put some castor oil on my skin to help repair the damage I’ve already created :( I have horrible cuts and scratches in my inner thighs / creases and I don’t know what else to do atp.
