Help!

I am working on a very very detailed Lino carving and I have reached a point where I am unsure of how to continue. I had to put off this project for a couple months to complete school work, now that I am on break I am able to continue working on it but I’m struggling to find my groove. Any tips for when you are feeling like this?

EDIT: I do have planning laid out and my design drawn in sharpie it’s just so much more detail than I am used to and trying to fit it into one print after months of not working on it is what I am struggling with. I promise plenty of planning was done before I began carving.
