International Psychology programs

Does anyone have experience with either the Regent Phd in Counseling and Psych Studies- International program or the Chicago School PhD in International Psychology? I have a masters degree that will lead to my licensure as a therapist and am interested in pursuing work in trauma and work with refugees, further developed by one of these (or a similar program)- -these are the only two such programs I have found. I do not want to go into a clinical psychology program or a counselor education Phd. I have considered a Phd in Social Work, but it doesn't interest me as much. I see a lot of skepticism for these schools in clinical psych, but does anyone have experience with, or knowledge of, either school in these two programs? Do you know of any others with an international or trauma/relief/aid focus? Any feedback would be appreciated.
