AWD High Temp Stop Vehicle

so this morning when i was getting ready for work and remote started my car like usual letting it sit about 15 minutes. but this time when i went to leave it said AWD High Temp Stop Vehicle. which is odd because all my tired are good on air and the correct sizes. when i remote started the car later in the day it didnt say that but i could see my dash flickering from my window and the startup was a little louder than usual. any ideas what it may be?
