My boyfriend can’t deal with losing

So tonight my boyfriend and i went to this indoor putt putt golf near our place. we buy one round (9 holes) and split the cost. as we get close to the last hole I’m winning and he’s getting visibly irritated and then after losing storms past me directly to the front desk and buys another 9 holes, costing him like £35. he doesn’t speak to me for the next whole round, and then loses again. he begins smashing the course around us with the golf club and then pegs it and it nearly hits the staff member walking over. we obviously get escorted out which was really embarrassing. he’s always been competitive, but it’s never been this bad. leading up to the date he was boasting already about how he was gonna win so 😭😭😭
