Best place(s) to find Lego?

I'm going to be in Regina this weekend; which stores have the best Lego selection? I'm most interested in CNY/Spring Festival, Animal Crossing and Botanical sets. If your Costco has any interesting Lego sets in stock I'd love to know. Thanks for any suggestions!
