Anyone else have had a bad experience with Voultar?

I bought a SNES kit on the 2nd. I didn't see in the terms that it takes up to 2 weeks to ship. That was my mistake for overlooking that, however his communication with customers is very poor. I send a ticket on the 8th and I also messaged him on Twitter and I finally got it on the 19th. The time isn't an issue but the lack of communication is.

It turned out to be the wrong kit in the end, I sent a support ticket and also sent a message through his site as this is the last run of SNES kits for awhile. I wanted to make sure I got one before they sold out. I also messaged him again on Twitter. I was told that he has had server issues with email in the past so because of the lack of communication for the fist ticket I just tried to reach him on all fronts.

I stated in my message that I talked with a few people in the community and they advised me to do this. This offended him. These people were in a Discord server of me and a few friends. I had asked them what I should do to not come off rude and insensitive as he is a one person shop. These were my fucking friends for Christ sake. Here's his quote. L in his email to me after he stated I didn't read the terms (which I admitted I didn't).

"This is only 9 days after your order placement, and well within the handling times that are blatantly put in black and white for you to read and agree to. Again, if I answered every person who doesn’t hold up their end of the bargain, I would never get any work done. Yet, here we are..

Make no mistake, I don’t mean to be rude or off-putting, but I can’t in good concious sanction this sort of behavior and I simply can’t do business with people who operate like this under any circumstances. It’s nothing personal, but it’s just not worth it to me.

As for the wrong kit being sent to you, I absolutely apologize for this and I will rectify this by issuing you a complete refund, you can keep the N64RGB kit as a complimentary. But going and “talking with a few people in the community” as a means to make me look bad because you simply won’t read is a deal-breaker for me."

Never had anyone in my entire life done this about not reading a term. I've done this a few times in the past and would resend an email apologizing for overlooking it and say" ignore the email. My mistake" This is the first time ever anyone has done this. He's acting like I attacked him. I'm not arguing the terms. They were there. I didn't read them. And if I had in would never have originally contacted him.

The thing is regardless of the previous email about the ship time my main concern was the wrong order. So I'm being punished for something that has already passed.

So, I don't know how to feel about this. It's the principle of the thing. Regardless of being able to keep the incorrect kit and getting a refund. I just find it so bizarre that someone who chase customers away like this. I can't in good faith recommend him to anyone now.

Update: For those saying I changed the wording in the email response here a screenshot.
