What small retail business does your neighborhood need?

I’ve been thinking of starting my own brick and mortar retail business here in Richmond. I have a few ideas but I’m curious to hear opinions on what small businesses might do really well in particular neighborhoods (other than Grocery Store in Manchester LOL)
