Fold 4 vs S22 Ultra

So my contract is expiring at the end of the month and I'm thinking of either getting either of these two phones.

The main thing that attracts me to the Fold 4 is the larger screen for productivity purposes and of course entertainment. But it's just much more expensive, especially on contract because I'd have to either get the 256gb spec for a 2yr contract or a 3yr contract for the 512gb spec one. Not sure I can last 3yrs without the urge to upgrade.

The argument for the S22 Ultra is it's much more affordable for me if I get the 512gb spec one. The SPen is also included with the phone. Charging is also faster. I don't mind the cameras of both phones since I'll be taking pictures with my dedicated camera and transferring the pictures to the phone. That's why I kinda need the space. The S22 Ultra's form factor is also familiar. I guess the con is it's a year old and the S23 is coming out soon too, which isn't really a con. Oh, and I'm kinda tired of using a curved screen too.

I'm just deciding whether the space for productivity is worth it. Durability wise, there's a bigger risk with the Fold 4. When it comes to the SPen, it's more of a want than a necessity but it'd be nice to have some precision when editing photos and videos instead of using my stubby fingers. Though, not sure if I'll be able to fork over extra for the case and SPen for the Fold 4.

All signs point to getting the S22 Ultra, but I'm still conflicted to be honest. Thanks in advance for any advice.
