Can't transfer my items.
I upgraded from an s9 to s22+. I don't know if it's relevant but I got the s22+ from BackMarket. My s9 was non functional as the screen was broken. It still turns on but you can't touch. I can't log into my Google account because it needs verification from my s9 to work. I can't log into WhatsApp for the same reason. My images and apps can't be sent because I can't press the buttons on my s9. Do I need to replace my s9 screen? Can I call tech support? Any comments appreciated.
