HELP ME BURROWS

Hi Reddit, my scabies journey has been hell on Earth, and I've had it for 3 months so far. My doctor failed to diagnose me on two occasions, the first he gave me cortisone cream which severly fucked up my weight and self image, and then he made me do a blood test for allergies, and in the end I went to a dermatologist without a referral and he told me I have scabies. I have it all over my body, my skin is patchy and red, even looking at myself makes me want to die. I haven't slept more than five hours in a night for about two weeks.

I've treated myself twice with the cream, it's been 10 days since my first application of the cream. I swear to God it feels like it is not getting better, and im terrified I haven't treated myself properly.

I need to know if these are burrows, and I need to know if they're getting better or if the little shithead mites are still on me. Please help me, Reddit.
