Scabies please help

I’m going crazy. I can’t do this anymore I’ve been infected for over 7 months now. I’ve done 4x permethrin treatments no luck. So I got my doctor to prescribe me ivermectin. I took my 3mg tablets last week. And 2 days ago so exactly 7 days later I took another 3mg. And today I’m itchy after scratching I developed this hive/ rash? Or is this a new burrow. I am thinking of doing permethrin tomorrow so day 3 and also again on the 7th day(last set of treatment within the 2 weeks) Please tell me your thoughts
