Help I need advice! Active or post scabies?

Sooo me and my bf who I live with got diagnosed on January 7th and took Permethrin cream all over the body. That night we slept on an air mattress, got our mattress professionally cleaned the next day and still waited 3 days to go back into it. We washed all the clothes we wore the week before, and washed clothes to wear for the next few days and kept them seperate. after each wear of clothing we washed them again. We didn’t go on the couch for 3 days, and all my pillows and unwashable things have been in bags on my patio. Bedding was washed every night between uses for 4 days straight and carpets had been vacuumed. We thought we got rid of it, but then I saw what looked like a burrow (photo 1) exactly a week after the permethrin so we repeated this whole process exactly a week later, washing and isolating and all. The itch has gone down significantly since the second treatment of permethrin and it’s been a week now since the last treatment and we’re still washing clothes, avoiding couch, and monitoring our bodies. Last night I found this on my bfs foot, (photo 2)I’m wondering if this looks like a post scabies burrow or an active burrow. This is the only mark we have between the two of us, the rest of our post scabies bumps don’t look like this! If the itching has gone down is it possible this is post scabies?? Please let me know. I thought we did everything right so now I’m nervous! We also have a cat and I didn’t think we could pass it back and forth between him but now I’m second guessing.
