Anyone else feel great in the mornings but then get more depressed throughout the day?

Not sure if any of you experience this, but for some reason I usually feel much happier and more energetic in the morning compared to at night. By evening I find myself starting to have more existential/nihilistic thoughts which often lead to me feeling depressed. Sometimes it gets so bad that I tell myself that the following morning I will start taking the anti-depressants I was prescribed but never started taking. However, I wake up the next day and I feel much better!

Anyone else experience this or have any tips to sustain my happiness throughout the day?
