TMoney info needed!

Hi! I’m coming to Seoul next week and counting down the seconds! When it comes to TMoney cards, I’m seeing that you have to tap in and tap out of the subway. Is it the same for buses? Also for an 12 day trip, how much should I put on it? THANKS!
