Device not connecting for MDM removal (iPad 6, 15.4.1)

Hello, So i have this iPad 6 on iOS 15.4.1 trying to remove the MDM lock. The problem is, the device will not connect to my computer. I tried two different cables, to no avail. I think it might be a driver issue because I have an IC locked iPhone 7 doing the same thing. Any ideas?

I thought maybe restoring would help, it won't restore from recovery mode, and isn't recognized in dfu mode.
